ASSETs schedule
Friday, September 19th
Before school (7:10-8:00 a.m.): Academic help with Ms. Sarisky (library).
Academic help after school (3:25-4:20) with:
Mrs. Sanchez (room 305)
Ms. Davis (room 200)
Mrs. Abuliak (room 114).
The library is open until 5:30 today.
Sewing with Rosa, after school in the library. Earn community service hours by making fleece beanies for Mendocino Coast Hospitality Center.
The weight room is open after school until 5:30 with Mr. Deschenes.
"Super Snacks" (free!) across the hall from room 120.

Cooking: 3:30-5:00, room 112 (teachers/staff lounge kitchen). All are welcome to drop in to make pozole verde with Rosa after school today :D

LOST & FOUND Items
All lost and found items will be taken to donation at the end of day on Friday 9/19.
The lost and found is located in the front office.
Parking Passes
Reminder: Parking Passes Are Now Required!
As of September 15th all students who drive themselves to school must display parking passes.
Students can pick up passes in the school office by showing proof of insurance and their driver’s license.
Parking passes will only be issued to registered vehicles.
Parking Passes are $5!
Work Permits
Reminder to students that ALL work permits have expired as of September 1st!
If you have not already stopped by the front office to renew your work permits do this ASAP or else your CANNOT work!
Intramural Volleyball
Intramural Volleyball is starting soon!
So form a team, choose a (school appropriate) team name, and get a signup sheet from Mr. Bell (room 119).
Yearbook Announcements
There are 100 yearbooks left for sale before we are sold out.
They are $75 through September 30th, then they go to $85. Get your yearbook today.

We've sold out for three years, so buy yours today, and guarantee yourself a copy.

Detention This Week
Detention will be with Ms. Tichinin Tuesday & in rm 122 from 3:25-4:15pm
If you are assigned a detention due to Tardies you can serve them in an Assets that week as well as a designated detention.
It is the student's responsibility to return the slip if an alternative is chosen, so we can mark it as served.
Otherwise, you will be assigned a Saturday school or In-house suspension.
Thanks for taking care of your responsibilities in a timely manner.
Please try to form lifelong habits of getting places on time.

Visit the Counseling Office if you have questions or to see if you qualify for a fee waiver.
This will be the only SAT being offered at FBHS in the Fall semester.

Manage Face Painting Line - 2 shifts at 1 hour each. (or can fill the entire 2 hour shift.)
Strike (break-down) - Hours: 4PM until finished….5:30PM
